Richard’s vision is to see the church of Jesus Christ manifest the Spirit of God indeed. He is a professional librarian who has worked at Africa Renewal University, helping Christian leaders to transform their societies through research.

He is the CEO of Zamar Worship Experience (ZWE) a band which travels from church to church teaching and helping them in worship music, to fulfil the call of Jesus who is looking for true worshipers. He passionately loves people and has served selflessly with the vulnerable, he loves to give and his satisfaction is helping the poor and also seeing people giving their lives to Jesus Christ.

He has travelled near and far in a bid to make Jesus known in all nations most especially Uganda, East Africa and Africa at large. He has worked with the John Maxwell equip leadership team in Uganda to equip leaders around the country with leadership skills. He has worked with TBN and other organisations to supply bibles around the country. He is also a businessman dealing in musical instruments and other businesses.
