At Catalyst Ministries Uganda, we’re dedicated to bridging the gap in menstrual hygiene management for vulnerable girls and women. For years, we’ve been providing essential sanitary pads and hygiene kits to those who need them most.
The Challenge
In rural Uganda, many girls and women face significant challenges in managing their menstruation. The lack of access to sanitary pads and proper hygiene facilities leads to:
- Missed school days and lost opportunities
- Health risks from using unsanitary materials
- Stigma and shame surrounding menstruation
Our Solution
Our hygiene program provides:
- Sanitary pads and hygiene kits to schools, families, and individuals
- Education on menstrual hygiene and management
- Support for girls to stay in school and pursue their dreams

The choir concerts feature uplifting and inspirational songs that share stories of the joy that they have received through God’s love and songs that are an exciting blend of original compositions, praise and worship, and unique African drum routines and dance.
